How your data is used
You and Nadine see your check-ins, wearable data and answers. Your employer sees group averages only, and only for groups of five or more. Private clients have no employer in the picture at all.
What we collect
- Daily check-ins – your stress, energy and focus scores, and optional BOLT breath-hold results.
- Wearable data – if you connect Whoop or Apple Health: HRV, resting heart rate, respiratory rate and sleep duration. Connecting a wearable is optional; the programme works without one.
- Session attendance – which cohort sessions you attended, so Nadine can support you and your trends can show practice against physiology.
- Survey responses – the perceived-stress (PSS-10) questionnaires at the start and end of the programme.
What your employer sees (team programmes only)
- Your employer sees group averages only, and only for groups of five or more: how many people take part, the group's stress-survey change and group wearable trends.
- If fewer than five people are in a group, your employer sees nothing at all rather than something traceable.
- Your employer never sees your individual check-ins, HRV, sleep, survey answers or whether you personally attended a given session.
Who can see your individual data
- You, in your own trends and check-in history.
- Nadine, your practitioner, to run the programme and tailor sessions – bound by confidentiality.
Where it lives and your rights
- Hold. is provided by Loepfe Consulting - FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, which is responsible for your data (the data controller).
- Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany) and handled under GDPR.
- You can disconnect a wearable at any time in Profile – syncing stops immediately.
- You can request a copy or full deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@holdbreathwork.com. Deletion removes your account and all individual records.
- We never sell data. The services that run Hold. process it for us only: Supabase (database, EU), Netlify (hosting, US), Resend (email, US), Cloudflare Stream (video), Cal.com (1:1 booking), Zoom (live sessions) and, if you connect one, Whoop or Apple Health.
- Reviewing us for your company? The technical version lives at Security & data protection.
